Just to clarify what In asking about. The raised bumps in his hair. Die breaks? It almost looked like mint mark to me. You can feel them with your finger That would be die breaks correct? Thanks so much to those who offer an opinion.

I just found this 2000 P Nickel. Thought it would be considered full steps, but then I seen the obverse of coin in the hair? Is this a cud errors or ?

I have this 1776-1976 quarter that it looks like a blister on the obverse? I'm unsure what the back would be? misaligned die? Thanks for looking.
