Curious Findings On Tube Of 1968 Nickels

I am trying to figure out if these were kept out of lack of knowledge or some reason I am unaware of.
Just a tube sealed full of Jefferson Nickels. They are labeled on the tube as "1968-S "BU" under that it says "R U K"

Having a hard time with the photo Optimizer, but it is just a tube of Nickels that is sealed shut

I have a 1909 VDB penny. Seems like it's in fair condition. Not worth grading I bet? Hard to tell what is and what isn't.

Hello there. My name is Laz, and I have come to your forum for some general information. I already read over some other Noobies posts. And will take my photos to the coin forum, and try to keep everything within it'd own thread.

I have inherited a penny and silver coin collection, mostly modern styles, with the exception of some Indian Head Pennies and some Mercury Dimes. Also some Canadian coins that peak my interest because I am unsure why someone would collect them., After some serious research I still have qualms on whether to submit any of them for grading, and I am curious of what a few things mean (you'll see in my future posts)

My fingers are crossed!
