Was this 1989P Washington quarter a variety of error quarter? Reverse right side split leaf tip & left side sharp hook leaf tip,weak strike on the top one arrow & a special sign on the middle arrow head.

That's the one I have found in my more than fifty supermarket toonie change,the other toonies had the security edge were all with the upward letter face to the reverse side.

Actually I am a Canadian, but most of the time I am living in Hong Kong,I got it in a Toronto's supermarket change.

In my opinion it's a floating roof cent rather than cam cent.

If it's not RPM-002 then I think it should be another RPM variety. In my opinion the first MM punch was weak so the MM device showed slim, then the repunch MM was a broken die so the middle section of the MM was being thick and wide.
