I'm not sure what this would be considered. Still very new to this but it has a line going from top to bottom on the quarter only on one side

2000 D Lincoln Penny Error?

I was looking at some pennies today and came across this 2000 D Lincoln cent. I have compared it to others and think that it might have a error I'm not sure. But it has a half circle on it and the bow tie has a extra line. Would love some feed back on what it going on with this penny.
