Gregg6170 I keep all my change and look for error coins. I separate in to penny, nickel, dime, and quarter. I have lists of the most common errors and die verities by denomination. Each coin denomination is searched and compared to said lists. Grading is not important until an error coin or Die Variety is found.

Acetone will remove organic materials which will be held in suspension. If after soaking and the coin is wiped off scratches will occur. I specified it needs to be done correctly.
