Hi everyone,
A friend from the CCF shipped a few coins to me on May 5th, and as of June 22nd, they still hadn't arrived. She lives in the US and I live in Canada. It shouldn't take over a month and a half, right? After a few email exchanges, we came to the conclusion that the coins got lost in the mail.
On June 23rd, I finally received my goodies. The coins, as well as the envelopes were intact.
The funny thing is, there was a stamp on the envelope stating that the coins were missent to Hong Kong.
My friend's question made me smile. She asked if they are now considered international coins.  .gif" class="inlineimg" alt="" title="" />
Has anyone had such an experience? This was a first for me!

Hi all,
I am a bit confused. A few months ago, I posted a gold coloured Missouri state quarter and the consensus was that it was gold plated. Reading this thread today makes me question if in fact mine is one struck on an experimental planchet? Or perhaps this one in this thread is?
I will start a new thread, but I thought that post this for comparison might be beneficial in the expert's analysis.
