1964 Washington quarter notice the A's on the right side and the S.o.f. on top. bottom right A has 2 horizontal lines for sure?! Idk . Thanks guys and gals

Just trying to get a decent photo uploaded here and can't seem to get a decent picture of the entire back of the coin. But can zoom pretty well on the areas in question?
