I collec us change of all error benn working on it for about 10 years now and think I finally ready to get some coins graded! But before I do wanted to get your thoughts on a few things. Thanks for everyone's comments!

Hello everyone I got this penny today in my change and at first thought someone had tried to cut it, upon closer inspection I see its not cut but stamped through the date with the E and M of America from the reverse and they are about in the same spot they are on the reverse also you can see other letters above in god we. I believe it is from another planchet that got stuck and stamped down on this coin. Thanks your comments are appreciated thanks!
