Hello! I'm hoping one of you pros can tell me what happened (LIBERTY) to this penny. I tried to search the web but I can't find anything similar. I'm thinking it's one of those zinc bubbles but can't convince myself to that reasoning. It's 2.50g. Thanks in advance!
I don't think there's anything wrong but I'm curious and trying to learn as much as I can. What happened to the rim? At first I thought it's a die crack but considering its location close to the edge, rather than the simply cracking wouldn't the outer piece just fall off or disappear?
Sorry my cheap amazon microscope won't take nice closeup pics. As I look at it more and more, it might be his normal face but the lighting makes it funcky. Scope wants me to pump more light for it to take a shot.
I am so glad (and proud but won't acknowledge that - lol) that I joined this community/forum. I've just been here for a few weeks and I have already learned a lot! I hope y'all don't get tired answering my rookie questions and validating my finds, of which 95% is wrong. Thank you all!
I think my credit union gave me a lucky roll of quarters. There appears to be a die crack on the obverse and somewhat off center in the reverse. Could this be another keeper? Thanks again.
Hi guys! Found this CA quarter with a faint G and T in the "In God We Trust" and I'm wondering if this can be considered (greased?) error or not. I can still read a faint G and T but my eyes aren't trained and I still don't have the experience. What y'all think?

Yeah, kinda interesting how'd that happen. You think it's a PMD? Although I would suspect the bent piece will not be there if it was. It'd be nice if we can get more expert opinions. Thanks everyone!
It looks like his pole is broken. Other MN coins I've seen has the pole extended all the way to the end of the tree. Could this be an error? I can't imagine how it could be an MD or something but I'm the grasshopper in town and still need a lot to learn. I appreciate y'alls take.
Hello! I'm still in the process of training my eyes to spot these errors and this one piqued my curiosity. Can y'all please take a look at the eagle and tell me if that's an error, MD or simply a worn out coin? TIA y'all are the best!
I've been looking into all the postings and trying to learn as much as I can until I saw this and it made me excited cause I may have finally found my first collectible coin! It looks like a 1982D small date but I'd appreciate it if you pros can validate what I see. Also what's with all those little dots? Die chips? Has it been glued at some point in time?
Hello! I'm new to this coin collecting and have encountered this coin which looks like a minting error to me but I can't find anything to compare it online. Can someone tell me what's the deal with this coin? TIA
