If it is the buyer, he/she does not know better due to their lack of experience and being new in the hobby. |

Absolutely no surprise there, unfortunately ebay has not only been flooded with fakes, worst part is when you try to help and report it they brush it off and claim they looked into it....
This happened a couple of weeks ago when I reported a fake error and got the same respond from ebay:
