Yes, the photo is rather blurry and hard to make out some of the letters. I finally have a good idea what some of the word abbreviations means on Roman coins now. At least a start of it, after doing lots of reading.

Well, everyone here deserves a gold star (except me; I couldn't find it without help). From echizento who saw it was a Gordian III to jessvc1, Doucet, and bobbyhelmet who pinpointed and attributed the coin. I'm impressed. Doug pointed me to the correct ID so I must give him the credit for my finding it at all. It is a Deultum Moushmov 3716:
Gordian III AE23 of Deultum, Thrace. 238-244 AD. IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, laureate draped bust right / COL FL PAC DEVLT, river god reclining left, holding reed and resting on urn from which waters flow.
I don't have nor will I have it in hand for a while yet, so I will hold off on the decision of it's authenticity, but I think it looks genuine from the images (now that I know it's attribution, that is). Keep your fingers crossed. For the price I don't think I can go too wrong. Thanks everyone.

Just a little historical information. This was taken directly from Numiswiki:
DEULTIM (Thracia) Colonia, now Derkon, in Ramilia, European Turkey. Ancient Deultum was situated on the Parysus, near the outflow of that river into the Euxine, between Mesembria and Apollonia. According to Poybius, Thrace was colonised, not only by the Greeks, and this city is said to have been originally founded by Milesian emigrants. Its name is spelled differently by different authors. Ptolemy calls it Develtus; Ammianus, Debultus; and in the "Acta Conciliorum," it is Debeltus.
Vaillant (in Coloniis) adopts the appellation given it by Pliny, Deultum; where a colony of veterans was planted by Vespasian. This Roman settlement assumed his family name, Flavia; and on account of his remarkable tokens of devotion to the goddess of Peace (to whom that emperor built a temple at Rome); it was called Pacensis, or Pacifica.
The place was once surrounded with strong walls, and still exhibits the remains of its ramparts.
The coins of Deultum are Latin imperial, in small, middle, and first brass. They commence 97 A.D. and end 249 A.D., and are inscribed with the initial letters C. F. P. D. or with the abbreviated words COL FL PAC DEVLT (Colonia Flavia Pacensis [or Pacifica] Deultum).
The emperors, Caesars, and empresses to whom this colony dedicated the products of her mint were -- Trajan, Macrinus, Diadumenian, Severus Alexander, Gordian III, Tranquillina, Philip I, Otacilia and Philip II.
The deities worshipped at Deultum, and whose images with their respective attributes appear on her coins, are as follow: Apollo (the tutelary god of the city), Aesculapius, Bacchus, Ceres, Cybele, Diana, Fortuna, Hygeia, Jupiter, Minerva, Nemesis, Silenus, and Serapis.

I dont think I can keep up with you guys but this will also be on my list, I also saw many more just searching for this one and I thought I was getting out of hand with my US coins, I dont know what I'm gonna do now that these ancients are turning out so much fun and learning history too.

I used to collect U.S. coins, but once I started collecting Ancients, the modern coins just didn't cut it for me. Its the history buff in me. Especially ancient history. Watch it jessvc1, collecting Ancients can be very addictive.

Mostly Seated Liberty,Trade, Morgan, and Peace dollars, but I have several years worth of Proof and Mint sets, Wheat Pennies, Buffalo nickels, and Liberty Dimes. I stopped collecting most of these in the mid-80's, but I've picked up a stray here and there (they just follow me home so what can I do? I can't just leave 'em out in the cold). JW

Currently I still collect US, particularly Seated Liberties and Wheats, but now that I'm really into ancients, my budget for US (or any other coins) has been cut back, in favor of ancient Romans of course

Well I'm truly disappointed. I have not received this coin from the seller in Portugal although we have been in communications ever since I bought the coin. He has insisted on refunding my money. He said if it eventually shows up, it's mine as a gift for being so patient. But I want the coin. I really did get this coin for almost nothing. The shipping costs were twice that of the coin. I still have my fingers crossed that it will come one day. It looks like a very nice and well detailed coin. Argh, the darn postal system!

Unlucky JW, and Doucet, hate it when this happens.
I too have outstanding items, 1 each from UK, France, Germany and Italy. I've given up on the UK one, 4 weeks now to travel 60 miles! I still hold out hope for Germany and France but buying or sending to Italy is always 'interesting', especially with coins.
You might still get lucky, the Christmas volumes sometimes flush out items that have been 'lost' in what are thought to be empty bags and boxes etc, I've had items vanish for 6 months then magically appear around Christmas.
