I remember having been to the university library's Christmas party, and smuggling out a big glass of nog. A friend at switchboard asked what it was, and I said "egg nog, try some".

He took a sip, coughed, and said "that ain't egg nog, that's rocket fuel".

I saw them make it. About five quarts of likker and one of nog.

Which reminds me, I've got a couple half gallons of punkin egg nog in the fridge. brb

Anyone who would drink that would probably lie down, stick a funnel in their face, and have the tap of a whiskey barrel opened above the funnel. Man, that is a LOT of booze for an egg nog drink! Reverse that ratio and it would be appreciated by more people... at least the ones that I know.

Ok heres my input not much different than the rest. I DO love the 5 oz bar it looks and I bet would feel great in hand. I would say make smaller 1 oz (5) piece purchase in case you need to sell, But from what your telling us is you already have smaller ones to sell off if need be. Right?

So if the above is true and you do have small ones, I would go for the big bar. Like the old merry go round grab for the BRASS ring (gold bar) and don't look back!

Let us all know what you decided to do!

Yes, it would, if one had the $$$$ to handle the 50% difference in price that comes with it.

Personally, I kind of like those 100g gold bars and would be happy to buy a few on a gold price pull-back.
