The first e-mail was to the address on the business card provided in my package. Been a day and a half so I thought well maybe a SPAM filter got it. So I decided to send an e-mail that was listed on the auction for customer service and thats the one that got bounced back to me.

The fact that the second email bounced makes it a possibility that this seller is withdrawing from ebay. If it hadn't bounced, things would be a little different. Unfortunately, ebay is not a place where patience is always the best way to go. If the email address is no longer valid, that is a very bad sign and the only way to possibly receive a refund or have any action taken is before the seller empties his Paypal account. It is unfortunate to have to take steps this early, but sometimes it's necessary.

The thing is that I'm not so sure the seller is withdrawing from ebay as they are advertising pre-sales of the Oregon State Quarters. I may just wait until tomorrow mid morning and see if I get a response. Then if not, then action will be taken. But nonetheless, the situation doesn't look good if the e-mail bounces. Don't know if this is a concern, but their feedback rating is 99.5%.

I'd appreciate the same, if it's not too much trouble.

Thanks. As I said in my email, I think patience is the right course in this case. This seller has recently corrected a problem with a buyer, so I think he'll take care of yours.

Still no response from the seller on the mistake. I think I might just give up on it and keep what was sent to me. What do you think? I mean it's only less than $10, maybe I should just take the small loss.

Give the guy until Monday before making a decision. However, a $10 lesson is pretty cheap, if learned.

Why don't you pull his contact info from ebay and give him a call. It is easy to miss an email or two, but talking directly to him should get you some answers. I wouldn't be confrontational yet, just talk to him and see what he says.

Just another update. Here it is monday and still no response from the seller. I have sent 3 e-mails. One was never responded to, one was bounced, and I sent another one this morning. I feel I have givin ample time to respond.
