I highly doubt these coins were super bargains, but the prices weren't too bad compared to other places.
HASMONEAN PRUTAH - $6.12
ANASTASIUS FOLLIS , CONSTANTINOPLE - $9.52
Trajan, 98-117 AD, AE AS. ROME - $14.96
BYZANTINE ANONYMOUS FOLLIS, JESUS CHRIST - $13.60
These are what they cost, for each coin. Each of these isn't my attribution. It's the title name the seller gave for them.
Hard telling what the seller thinks about these coins.
Oh well. This is the third coin order I've lost so far. Although, not ready to completely write it off as I'm going to wait until Thursday and then file the complain. If they arrive, then I will return the money to the seller.

That's what I figured. Another reason why I won't be dealing with the guy again. Disappointing since there are a few more coins that I wanted from his shop.

Small items like jiffy bags with low stated values should not be stalled at customs that long, its the bigger more valuable stuff that seems to get stuck. Its certainly not infrastructure, UAE is a very rich country with lots of services. |

I'm TOTALLY SHOCKED! The coins arrived today! Not sure what happened and why it took so long but they are here. They are nice coins for the price. I will be posting about them later. Of course I'm not going to be filing a claim. lol

Glad they arrived! - I'd still want my postage money back from the seller after this length of time but hey, maybe its not worth the trouble.
Still a seller to avoid in the future I think.

Glad to hear that you got them. Check the post mark on the package to see when he mailed them. I'm with Bobby don't buy from him again.

While browsing on Vcoins I decided to check out that dealer's store (I wasn't going to buy anything of course), but the store isn't there anymore. I wonder if it had anything to do with this, or is it just a coincidence? |

Nothing to do with me since I never filed the complaint. Once I had the coins, I let it be. That's all I really wanted was the coins.
One of our final communications was that he got ripped out of four packages for about $1200. He told me that he was thinking about quitting selling to US buyers.
