Cheek marks are more noticable than in the first photos. I still think this one would pull MS-66. Nice frosty original coin.

A 65 at the very least. Very nice example in higher grades.

65? With that cheek mark? Nice lustre and a nice coin anyway!

Yeah, that cheek mark bothers me. And my rule of thumb is that if it bothers me, it is not a gem. Don't get me wrong, beautiful coin! But I'd grade it MS64.

My opinion ... this lovely coin is obviously in a new PCGS holder and was graded PCGS MS64.

Put me down for PCGS MS65. The cheek mark is about the only thing on that coin.

It seems to me the this coin might be over graded.

But maybe there aren't many 1924 Peace dollars this good.

It is a great coin in hand and the cheek scratches are very light.

Thanks for following along.

And MS-66 it is! Nice one!! I think the second set of photos made the coin look worse than it really is.

IndianGoldEagle you got it right off but I wanted to see other comments.

Photos can be manipulated to show what ever you want.

Multiple photos with different lighting techniques presents the coin in the best way.

This one looked too frosty to have been doctored in the photo. Great coin for a Peace dollar.
