Very nice coins, including the OP coin. That's a empress I don't have yet.

I haven't gone through your entire collection yet, but from what I checked you have a beautiful collection. It most have taken some time to put together such a fine collection.

You have a beautiful collection. If I may ask, from where is your main source of coins? Do you purchase or have you found many of them. I could only wish to have a collection as beautiful.

One additional question if I may. My coin seems on the light side for a coin so large (2.7g, 22mm). Are the coins you show of Otacilia similar in weight and size?

I purchased them from ebay and Vcoins. I'm hunting for them every day for hours and hours since 4.5 years...

The 22 mm is OK but the 2.7g is too low. Typical weigth of antoninianii are 5-5 grams for this era.

That is my thoughts. I just received the coin two days ago and am planning to return the coin to the seller. I do not believe it to be authentic. Seeing your coins just made me sure of this decision.

No, your coin is geniue but a little rough only. Most fake coins are for rare coins. This isn't rare type.

I disagree. This coin feels like plastic in hand. It does not feel like nor does it look like the genuine article. It did not cost me very much, but anything paid for something fake is too much. However, it may cost me more to return the coin then I paid. If that is the case I will keep it and just chalk it up to a bad deal.

BTW, I too look all the time on ebay and Vcoins. It seems like I never stop looking. I don't always buy, but I'm always looking.
