Hey if he can guarantee they aren't cleaned and detailed you could buy raw and slab it. However raw pieces should not sell near greysheet....

I would absolutely guarantee it. I'll send the coin for a 50% deposit and you pay the rest upon satisfaction or send it back for the deposit refund. I posted a thread in which PCGS "messed up" by placing a Type II SLQ label within a Type I slab. There are subtle differences between the two; the hair, the breast, three stars placed BELOW the eagle. Here is another "mix-up", and then CAC went along with it;  Edited by oih82w8

I wonder if PCGS would "settle out of court" for the difference in value? BTW, this coin sold for approx. $127.
