There are quite a few pre-1948 1-cent brockage coins out there. I have one probably about AU-50 and Goldberg Auctions just sold one in mint state.

Hey Zonad. It's a weird one, but I did not mess with it. Really! Here's a couple of cents with 2 types of errors on each. One has a curved clip & straight clip. The second has a straight clip & was struck offcenter:

The second coin is a coin I saw a dealer had at the RCNA Calgary show and he had it again today in Medicine Hat. We are negotiating and he wants a coin I have so by the Edmonton show we may make a deal. In the meantime he let me take his coin home.

If we're talking world errors, I have over 1,000 photos on my laptop & facebook/photo bucket accounts... Just too time consuming, and I only have a small amount of common Canadian errors that I would be embarrassed to post compared to my other errors and the errors posted here.

The twoonie I have a few from different years - thank you for the pics - only now I am catching up with 3 days of unchecked emails. But in this thread I ment the 5c above, the split planchet you have for 2 years already.

I was thinking I now have both halves of the split coin. I would like to see pictures of yours. It's real tough to tell when the one is in a holder.

Mine is raw. I will check later against your pic (I don't have a pic of mine). I will email you later today.
