Should I share the member ID here? Actually he has two. One is his seller account and the other only has three feedbacks, I know at least 2/3 of those were given negative feedback, one stated they received it with no contact from them. I know my instance, I received an item nowhere near what was described and attacked when I wanted to return them. They claimed they were VG-VF Barber dimes, received 2 AGs, 1 VG, 1 VG-damaged, and the rest Gs. I received verification of this here in the classic grading section. You can just PM me if you want both of their member IDs, one he used to attack and the other used to sell.

To many variables and opinions with grades....

Personally I think the big error here was buying coins with fishy pics of reverse only....

Time an money to list an your error is red tape to seller. But none the less I would have refunded you with no questions asked and took the buyer is always right attitude and moved on. Been there an done that-when I get it back the way it left I refund all money. But I ain't everybody and can't control the 10% of bad that ruins for the 90% of the good.....

Here are the VG-VF dimes: https://goccf.com/t/136677

I verified it to make sure of the "subjective" argument didn't apply. You live and learn about fishy pictures. I have bought lots that worked out well where only samples were provided or you could just see an old grade from a collector or dealer that look to be correct just because of the age of the 2x2, you know someone didn't just mark it that way. Anyhow, I just saw that someone bought an identical listing and left positive feedback. Maybe he just unloaded the junk to me or maybe the other buyer didn't know better? He claims to have a return policy but when you return something, he attacks you and your seller account as well calling you a "welfare bum". Thought it was fishy he bid on my auctions and bought a buy it now when he stated "you have the crappiest coins on ebay and you return my dimes"? Really I am the bum when you list something as one thing, conceal the actual coins, and attack them for wanting a refund? I can't believe he actually called me a welfare bum that scammed him and ebay in his feedback response. I was told by ebay though not to stoop to his level and simply responded "Item returned-nowhere near as described, left tracking with ebay". He got his dimes back today and I got my money back through buyer protection.

The negative attack is UNBEALAVABLE, but is it really as some people are real idiots period?

I can't get over his vindictive nature to buy and thrash with INACCURATE NEGS must because you returned the junk dimes....

That is the ultimate RED TAPE bs ebay nightmare....

I once sent wrong bars to two different buyers. The guy who got 10 an bought 5 was more then helpful believe it or not, and the guy who got 5 and paid 10 left neg before I could fix. All parties were refunded or proper bar sold in the end, but it was a similar nightmare. All my fault....

And later the guy who had bought ten wanted refund, so I had to resale. First to NON payer, then to guy who claimed it was lost in transit, so I was gonna BUY that 10 constitution ship bar regardless, all over one simple label mix up....

This is one of the best reasons to have separate buyer and seller accounts, no chance of FB retaliation

Absolutely separate accounts, I created a new account just to sell but there is also an issue with all my feedback is in one account. I recently changed my username just because I wanted to and now I have to wait to change it. I should contact ebay and see if I can change it now, then I have to figure out what account to use for what. I should use the new account just to buy and change the primary account's username.

Right, now I simply re-listed the same item he purchased to retaliate to see if he does it again, then I will simply report it again. ebay found in my favor that he did in fact use a different account to retaliate against me by buying a low cost item and leaving feedback. You can see from the link, these were not VG-VF dimes and he had an issue because I called him on it and wanted a refund. If I hadn't asked for a refund and left him positive feedback, no problem. He told me "if you think this is bad, you haven't seen nothing yet" and before he stated "I would slap you silly but you would cry like a b****. You are a spineless coward".

There's no excuse for this shoddy behavior towards collectors.
Seriously, you should add this guy to CCF's "Discouraged Sellers" thread.

Update--I saw where he called you a "welfare bum"--what a tool.
Your feedback speaks for itself! You might try selling here on CCF--I have had nothing but positive experiences buying/selling.

I put it on the list but one of the moderators edit my post and told me how "complelely unacceptable" it is to bypass the profanity filter which wasn't my intention. I used the first letter of the word and blanked the rest out. The messages I was sent contained from the seller contained a lot of profanity. I saved all the messages but did not read the last 5. I will only read them if I have to call ebay support again or maybe just ask them to read them.

lasricklan is the seller and champ6041 is the user he used to buy and leave negative feedback. I didn't want to add fuel to the fire but others should be warned, especially if they want to return an item. I know in order to keep his status he has to offer returns. If he re-buys the item he bought and leaves negative feedback, I am just going to report him again and have the feedback removed. I received proof of delivery from UPS and he received his dimes back so I am not a "welfare bum who scammed him and ebay" as he stated in his reply to my feedback.

I can't believe this guy is still emailing me about this. I haven't even read his emails. This guy obviously has some kind of issue. If he had much of a brain though, he would be dangerous.
