The first coin is indeed a Porcia:

Porcia 11 M Cato AR Quinarius. M CATO PRO PR, head of Liber right / Victory seated right, holding palm branch over her left shoulder and patera in her right hand, VICTRIX in ex. Cr462/2.

I'm trying to find a good image to post.

The last coin looks Arabic, possibly Ottoman Empire, but I have no knowledge in this area of coin collecting.

The Islamic coin you posted looks like it might be from the Mogul rulers 15th - 16th century India. I am not an expert in these coins types but it might start there. The inscription is most likely Persian and will often have a religious verse, name of the ruler and an AH and RY date on it.

Thanks for all your help and information/suggestions. Things are half shut down due to heavy snow today so I have some time to play around with.

BTW the scan is sideways. It should be rotated 90 degrees clockwise.

The Porcius looks very odd (modern?) to me.

The first two coins are quite thick, maybe as thick as two pennies, and the first one especially is slightly dished..concave on one side and convex on the other. The Arabic coin is flat like a modern coin.

Top one is 12.8mm x 2.1mm, next is 14.2mm x 1.7mm and the last is 14.0mm x 1.8mm

Sorry, I don't have a scale that accurate to weigh them... if I step on a scale while holding them or not holding them, I still weigh too much according to the doctor.

The size on the Augustus coin (number 2) is approximately correct. Mine is 1.7g and 13mm, The Portia coin presented on wildwinds does not give the measurement only the weight at 1.19g, but the example on acsearch that I linked to yesterday has the measurement as 13.1mm. So, this coin (coin 1) is in the correct proximity as well.

I believe both your first two coins to be genuine; however, I will add that I put a lot of stock in what some of the others believe. If I were you, I would take these coins to an Ancients dealer for further examination. Good luck, and, btw, your doctor is correct. If you lose a couple of grams you'll feel much healtheir.
