Thanks for the input. Not ebay (too funny haha), but I'll post the findings. Whether man made or machine made. Have a great day!

Gut feeling in the first place says to be cynical.
This is always the best start point. The buyer protects himself by so doing. The other way is to buy it dirt cheap, on spec., then go through the process indicated below:
The good news comes if it does, by having two or more independent expert third party opinions corroborating each other.

Indeed sounds like a man made coin. I have a 1940 over a 1947. The coin was placed reverse to reverse. The give away is the flattend obverse on the other side. I paid 1 dollar for it just for a laugh.

I am still having trouble uploading pics...it's close to an example of a Contaminated Die Design Transfer...still waiting on official word though

Who's giving the official word? How official are they?
Contaminated Die Design Transfer does not leave an upside down and backwards image.

Looks to me like the second coin was impressed into glue on the surface of this coin. It's not an error coin, sorry. You might be able to soak or pry the glue off.

I concur. Try touching the reverse with a Q-tip soaked in fingernail polish remover, I bet the glue will come off...

best way to end the discussion is to have it certified...........................in this case incredibly doubtful.

or let it soak in a jar of acetone for a while, if it's real no harm done.
