Quote: Anyone notice that mark right above Liberty's neck line from the edge of another coin? Knocks it down from 65. Yes, I do see a the conglomeration of marks near Lady liberty's chin on the obverse and was myself debating between a 64 and 65. The luster on this one is pretty solid and the rest of the coin, field and devices, especially the reverse is good enough to keep the coin at a MS-65 level IMO. I doubt it'd CAC as it is a very average or below-average MS-65 but an MS-65 nonetheless.
