It seems to be missing 'CAES', looks more like 'CM?' after the 'IMP'.

By no means an expert on his coinage but don't they all start 'IMP CAES...'?

I thinks thats a nail on the head moment pishpash

I didn't think it looked like Pescennius but was looking at Septimius coins myself, though one might have been butchered.

First part solved. It is Macrinus.

Given this, what else is wrong?

The seller sold this coin as a PN but according to the legend is a Didius Julianus, although I can't find the type

Wildwinds only has one example of this coin, and it doesn't have a nose like Nerva?

I'll put you out of your misery as the next bit is tough. I recognised the dies as being entirely modern. The coin has been artifically worn and comes from the dies that made the following modern copy.

It is a fake? It is very round? It looks quite thick, the examples I have seen are quite thin? Put us out of our misery!

Some of the coins have clear legends but the seller miss-attributes them, presumably so the buyer is so taken up with getting a bargain they don't look at the coin properly.
