I'm going to disagree with the cleaned assessment. Where the tape was there appears to be mint luster. The toning isn't the most attractive but I wouldn't try to remove it.
Value wise, my guess would be $30 to possibly $50. Better pictures would help determine what this grades and a more accurate valuation.

It doesn't look cleaned to me either. Looks like a nice coin. You may want to soak it in acetone if there is any residual tape residue.

Doesn't look cleaned to me, even on the face. The face just looks a little funny from the tape

The tape prevented the covered area from toning. I'd give it an acetone treatment.

Looks more like a tape or paper line to me.

If this was an ebay auction with those pics and a return policy, I'd be in at $75. No return policy, I'd be in at $60... just to give you an idea of what I probably figure it grades if acetone'd and dipped (If I'm getting it graded). Shot 65.

I'm far from a toned coin fan so I'd actually dip it in something to get rid of all the toning. Since I never sell a coin, makes no difference to me if cleaned or not.

thanks all for your comments. I have this one along with around 5 others and I am wondering if it is worth getting them graded. I have never graded any of my coins and don't know the cost, or even the best company to use to grade them.

Cheek looks clean enough and I bet I could dip it well enough to get it into a 65 holder. OP, if you want to submit it, I can send it on my next shipment, I'll conserve it free of charge if I think it will benefit from it.
Cost for grading by piggybacking on one of my shipments to PCGS would be around $25-$27 per coin give or take a few bucks. That includes shipping back to you.
