Absolutely not. The area shown in your final detail image - the shoulder - is so important to the overall grading of Peace dollars that I'd be willing to have a go at grading a whole coin (to the extent of the AU/MS decision) just from that detail. It implied to me that this was far from your first Peace dollar, and you knew what the experts would want to see.

Just like one can darn near grade a Morgan (to a similar standard) from the ear/cotton bolls, or from the legs/talons.

I see it no worse than AU-58 but it could grade MS.

This now makes the coins in the Safe Deposit Box more mysterious to me, and I need help in determining whether they might be considered "favorites" to my Dad, or truly have a collection value (I know they do, but you get my point). Some coins are obvious, 1878 Morgan, 1921 Peace. some coins befuddle me, like the heavily toned 1921 Morgan, right next to one that could be high AU, low MS (thanks for the replies on the OP).

Are there any coins I should post for opinion?

Sorry, I do not have pix of all the coins YET. I have 2,000 pre-1964 coins that I am cataloging (not including 4,500 wheat pennies, 2 dozen Whitmans, 25 Proof/UNC Sets, 300 sequenced FRNs, 50 vintage bank notes, 300 world coins, and $1,200 in loose change from 1965-2014).
