Congrats on finding the 1999 WAM. I have only found one 1998 WAM and two 2000 WAM's searching $25 bricks of pennies. Hoping to find a 1999 WAM someday, but its been many years and tens of thousands of pennies searched and the price tag of these is very indicative of how hard they are to find.

While the price on the '98 and 2000's seem to continue to drop quite a bit
