I think you are on the right track with Alexandria. Tetradrachm seems likely, possibly Vespasian, although Vitellius looks pretty good

I think that Vespasian had a real 'grumpy' look about him which doesn't suit the obverse of my coin. Galba is a better match, to me.

There are, of course, many larger AEs with the reverse type, which will make ID'ing challenging. Some are here:

Caracalla (27mm):

Elagabalus (25mm - although, unlike yours, this example has centration dimples):

Gordian III (26-27mm):

Not trying to confuse matters here, but rather to provide some easy linking for comparisons...

Trajan does look pretty good. Here is another example, a different year but looks similar

@ Bob. - I appreciate the trouble that you went to to find those examples fo me. Thank-you.
Unfortunately (for me) all of the ForumAncientCoin links came back "No Image to Display" when I clicked on them.
I particularly liked the Elagabalus reference because I can see a younger bust on my coin, like his, and unlike Max etc.
Also, he is shown as a naked bust, and I believe that my coin shows a naked bust, too.
But then (you are right) Trajan looks like a good match, too.

Thanks, Albert, but, because of the 'Date Line' in the pacific, it is already tomorrow here, so I guess that gives me a 'head start' on everyone else, except the Kiwis (New Zealanders).

Well, here in Ibiza life is somewhat chaotic...
I usually go to bed at 02:30 and I get up at 07:00 (I must work to earn my everyday´s bread)

Ahhhhhh. I remember it well, when I was young. (Ibiza wasn't as popular then.)
It was called "Burning the Candle at Both Ends", or as my employer would say, "You can't soar with the eagles if you've been hooting with the Owls."

Hi, Chris,
Yes, twice a week I get up at 3:00 am to take my son to work, and one morning at 4:00 am - (Apprentice Butcher).
But you know us old farmers, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise."
I think that I am living proof of the fallacy of all three, actually.
