Don't clean it. Don't touch it - except by the rims. Don't store it so it slides around.

Beyond that - you need to take it to a REPUTABLE coin dealer - and get SEVERAL opinions as to value.

I think I made a mistake when I found it I cleaned it with terrycloth and toothpaste was real black

with CoinCollector12. The stars are placed too far from the coin's edge and the bust is too small. It doesn't matter if you cleaned this since it isn't real. Most likely it's not silver either.

It's OK to admit that you're not from the US. We don't have anything against foreigners. As others have stated, it's an obvious fake with no value.
