Looks like a few pieces of sterling there...nice!
What is the object in the upper left...is that a "cow magnet"?

"Believe it or not farmers actually feed magnets to their cows to get rid of any metal objects these somewhat dim-witted beasts may have ingested while eating their regular food. Use these to discover how a magnet attracts, determine North and South poles, and other basics of magnets."

Well...I was curious if it was magnetic. It did remind me of a cow magnet, and if it was found in a field it may be an older design to serve that purpose.
Who knows...it could be an antique to cow magnet collectors--if there is such a thing!

Nice finds. I guess we can call you the ring king. I hit a new park this morning and found a magnet just like it. Had no clue about it till just now. Before I got rained out I was talking to a guy there that told me it used to be a cow pasture before it was made into a park. All makes sense now. Here's mine.

The shape didn't quite seem right for "cow magnets", so I did some more checking, and here it is:
They're a toy called either "buzz magnets" or "zingers". Essentially magnetic noisemakers. So now we know, LOL

That's interesting Kurt. Never heard of them. So they are supposed to make noises? Mine's quiet as a lamb.

Mike, LOL...I think you're supposed to throw 2 in the air and the magnets cause movement and noise.
