If they are not all beat up save them. Value around $1.20-1.50. Give them to kids to get them started in this great hobby. John1

I admit I am biased. Wow. What a contemptuous, asinine attitude to present here, especially when the OP is someone new. Shame on you. Maybe you should just avoid threads involving the "ugliest US coin of all time."

Let us all take a deep breath, I hope Tryna was just trying to be funny and continue the trend of admitting bias.

Maybe you should just avoid threads involving the "ugliest US coin of all time." Nothing Contemptuous or asinine about anything I said. Call ten coin shops and/or pawn shops and ask if they will pay you $1.20 each for common date circulated clad Ikes. I bet 9 out of 10 will say they are not buying them. So, yes, I would sell every one I could get my hands on to someone paying 120% of face. My post had a playful poke at Jbuck, which, by his response, I think he understood. I think they are as ugly as I stated I have from the day they released the design. So where is the contempt? Where is it asinine?
