I counted seven tiny dings in the field on the obverse, the biggest near Liberty's shoulder.

PR63.

Normally small coins are less subject to this sort of impairment, simply because they are smaller and lighter.
Therefore, in a general sense, smaller coins are easier to find in higher MS or PR grades.

Absolutely fabulous coin.

Nobody got it exactly right this time, the answer is PF64 Cameo. The pictures on the NGC site might be better at showing the cameo vs my cell phone pics. I am really happy to have this coin, it is the most valuable coin in my collection now. Thank you for playing!

In terms of detractions, PCGS photograde MS63 looks better than NGC PF64.
Three opinions here. That is just what they are - opinions.
Brings up an important point: we all must learn to grade for ourselves.

That is why the grading threads here in the CCF are so important.
Why?
Because there will always be occasions when you have use your own opinion when buying a coin for yourself. With higher grades, you could save or waste hundreds of dollars.
