All I see is a worn quarter with what appears to be
a small die chip on the "E".
What makes you think there is many errors?

Rim size is different thick n thin horizontal is thick vertical is thin value?

Rim thickness can be caused by a slightly misaligned die.
No extra value unless extreme where some of the lettering is missing.
