I was thinking 65 myself, but what I've noticed is that if a coin is bright and flashy while being well-struck, TPG tends to err on the high side. It's a good lesson in coin grading. Feel free to disagree, but it's what I've noticed.

I would have guessed 65 on the first set of images. The second set make it look better. Where did you find it raw?
