xf45 details scratched. the placement of the scratches in the cheek, a central focal point in the obverse hurts it. it is a nice coin with a lot of detail. while common, it is still a one year type coin.  |

Looks AU50 details to me. Take a wooden toothpick and pop off the grease around the stars and date. If the dark spots are hard and crusty it's corrosion but I bet it will come right off. I love original Liberty 5¢ like these and am putting an xf/au set together. just need a 12-s and 86'!
