yes the 2003P looks like ms 64/65 to me.

I forgot to ask what that means! Is a common coin with a high grade valuable, or is it not worth anything bc the coin is just a common State Quarter? thanks again

State Quarters were saved by the dickens back when the series was still going. Of course, now that it's been over a decade since the series' end, people in desperate need of cash are digging through their old hoards and spending the pieces.
