Seems I was wrong on this one, and I'll own up to it. Appologies to David.

I highly agree with E&V. The glare in your pictures is causing the "G" to look bigger and have a flare, like the 89 reverse is suppose to have. Less glare pictures can settle this.

It's all good GrapeCollects. The glare from the lighting in the pictures made it difficult to evaluate correctly. Hopefully, better pictures with less glare will be posted later.

Agreed. This one was definitely difficult to judge. The FG looks fat, but doesn't look like 89 reverse to me. My thing is, if I can't clearly tell that it's 89 reverse, I always assume rdv 005

I'd still like to see more pictures even if you have decided it's not a transitional error.

Thank you for the extra pictures!

Unfortunately, it's RDV-005.

RDV-005 I suppose I don't know for sure that it is damage but those areas are why it was confusing.

With E&V : Its a RDV-005 Looks like Light Glare and BAD angle of the PiC. I have had this problem with SHINY coins and if the Light is off to the side. It will cause a DOUBLING EFFECT some times also can make things look thicker. If you look at 4TH pic you posted on the 20th you can also see the effect happening on the FG Also happening on the Memorial Building. Nice looking coin none the less, But NOT a RDV-006..
