Cleaning W/ Cartwheel & Luster Post Op Still Possible

The cartwheel effect is the result of very fine radial lines caused by metal flow during striking.
Whizzing (and other physical cleaning) will wipe those line out.
Chemical cleaning (dipping) unless done VERY quickly will do the same.

This is why I am still confused; the close-up looks like the obverse has some whizzing going on around 3 o'clock but the cartwheel/luster still seems to be present in that general area:

Rotate the coin and watch the cartwheel. See if it changes as it passes through that area.

I was pushed for time and blazing trails using YouTube's beta uploading product but I will eventually redo this vertically with a much longer recording while also including the reverse twirling cartwheel:

Hopefully, now I can get some more informed opinions insofar as the effect that the cleaning(if applicable) had on this coin. What I mean is that the scratches that kind of look like whizzing may possibly be random abrasive surface marks from something being rubbed over it etc?



By the way the previously alluded-to and exceeding large 8 MB file size that Microsoft's Media Player created for the same video became a non-factor once I uploaded the same file/size to YouTube which created the necessary format to integrate with CCF's video production constraints.

That's accurate it's just that my skills to relate it as it appears in real time are not yet up-to-snuff; stay tuned it's just not a top 5 priority as of yet.
