Looks like a MAD not a broadstruck. When posting photos,post an full coin pic of the obverse and reverse as well as any needed close ups. John1

Agree with John, no evidence of being off-center on the reverse. Looks like a misaligned die.

Does it have a normal reeded edge? If so, definitely MAD.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
