I cannot see any reason for not being MS65.

notice what appears to be surface luster removed from the area I noted and the scratches across the rays. this concerns me as it could be from an isolated cleaning since those scratches cross over the devices.
MS64+ possibly details. in either case good price

The dies are a little fatigued but that shouldn't stand in the way of the grade. She's dipped but market acceptable, and an easy gem, but for that tiny cut under her eye. MS64.99999.

This just went off to PCGS if anyone else wants to submit thoughts. I'm still at MS-65 for it.

I'll put 30 space bucks on MS-64.

Lovely coin but the carbon spots on the face detract. I'll say MS-63+

Initially had it at a strong MS64, I won't argue MS65.

after another closer look at this coin, I'm retracting my possible details comment. the marks on the rays do not appear to be from the underlying polish lines. I'm still at MS64+ with a good shot at 65 with that luster

Panzaldi your original assessment was spot on, kanga you got it, too.
I dont have it in hand yet but this came back UNC Details- Cleaned.
The dealer I submitted it through said he believed it to be a 65, even after getting the cleaned grade. I may go for a shot at resubbing, but for now it stays where it is.

I would not resubmit. It is a common date coin. Why spend another $60+ - use that money to go buy more coins!
