That lower middle band took a hit, so MS 66 FB would be my grade, I don't see any RPM on this one, if you can take another close up shot on the MM.

There are a few dings, and some haze on the lower part of the reverse. Not sure if that will affect the grade or not.

MS67 FSB. what I like about this one is that all the bands are separated. this is what I look for for this designation and if it was up to me it would be the standard  |

MS-67+ FSB , only one small hit on reverse on the right side of bottom strap keeps this Gem from a 68 .  Edited by T-BOP

Small abrasion on the cheek and a couple ticks in the obverse field held this back from pushing higher, but the reverse is very well preserved and very well struck. The coin fully deserves the grade it got IMO  |

Actually, I am more inclined to go with the original comment of macmercury about the lower middle band taking a hit, and also his original comment of
MS-66 FSB
I don't always agree with the slab grading.
