In order to evaluate a coin we have to see the both sides.
The last three picture figure one coin, agree. But the other side of this coin?!!.
In your case we need the both sides of the coin from strait 90 deg. and side 45 deg.
Without this you can not has free opinions of experienced peoples.. If you send this to my Lab, will cost you 25$ + shipping +manutention for each coin.

I do not know how the images could be more descriptive. A mountain range on the obverse running from SSW to NNE that does not affect the rims, with a corresponding effect on the reverse that also does not affect the rims. Clearly the strike shows more pressure on one side than the other but not warped. I bet it lays flay on either side yet one side is thicker. The warping that was referred to is descriptive of the mountain range that is evident on both sides. Not that the coin itself is warped. I see no evidence of that in the images provided. How many angles must one observe? This is an interesting anomaly and the OP deserves a reasonable explanation from those of you more knowledable in these matters than themselves. If you have no reasonable explanation, just say so. Do not blame it on poor images and and misinterpreted terminol I suggest the OP send the coin to another member of the forum that is more knowledgeable. Not a TPG as most suggest. Could they not send it to a fellow member for an in hand opinion for the cost of postage and get a definitive opinion rather than a series of criticism and speculation. I have noticed that many new members have been responded to with condescending and sarcastic responses to the point of being made fun of for their obvious lack of understanding.. How much are you helping when you respond in this manner. It looks like an interesting coin to me. But most of you tend to think it is warped, heated, melted. Well why are the rims Intact? Do the edge images look bent, warped, or just thicker on one side than the other? You either know what is going on or you don't. If you are not so sure than say so.

@ Dowhat : I reed more then once your post and make me remember of the Lafontaine fibula: Moralist Wolf (hope it is in your background). What was ask from the OP was only to take three photos of the same coin and post. Quote: new members have been responded to with condescending and sarcastic responses I do not see such responses here, just suggestions of what it is need for proper evaluation from the images and not have 'it on hands. I suggest in the future you will abstain from such remarks which offend and insult many of very recognizes experts in this field. PS. We still wait for proper photos.

Could this be a lamination problem with some type of off gasing as it cooled?

@sirguardian :Good point. test for this must be done. First we must start with wright photos to establish the markers. Then at request:, The OP or better say owner of the coin must perform some test on her own as request.
You say lamination which it is an very old term. In this category of "LAM" we has 1.lamination, 2. foliation and 3. Ex-foliation. Any dictionary could instruct you on what meaning I talk about.
To answer to you it is a possibility to be an internal ex-foliation due to the rolling planchet. I do not exclude others factors till we do not have proper's photos like OP was instructed.
I understand Miss OP; because with no experience in this field, and come in the face of a collection it is a big headlice. Been new on this, unknow terminologies, looking on crazy YouTube videos, mixt you more. It is a kind of time to be OK with the procedures.
Good point Folk.

Silviosi, as an example of my observations, I would like to direct your attention to the recent post of a brand new member seeking the advise of the well respected experts here. Specifically, the post made by new member "notreddie" posted on 12/30/2021 titled "1981 D Penny with Buffalo over Lincoln". Please observe the many replies to this new member by several of the well respected experts making fun of the 0P description. These sarcastic replies contribute nothing to the subject and only serve to confuse this new member even more. Can you be sure that this new member is aware that others are just having some fun? The question at hand then becomes a discussion about animals while "notreddie" still has no reasonable explanation to their inquiry. Replies that contribute nothing to the question and irrelevant serve no educational purpose other than to increase one's "posts" on this forum. It is quite probable that this new member does not return. I have seen this many times throughout this forum and find it insulting at times. I am sure many have a good laugh though.
