I'll say MS-66+. Excellent coin.

I can't grade "bright and shiny" on a computer screen, but I see nothing that could drop it a grade.

So much glare in those pics, but I'll venture MS65

I think I see a bit of wear...
By definition an MS coin can have no wear. Any wear whatsoever and the highest grade can only be AU.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Kind of hard to fault this coin, so I'll agree with the MS-65.

Cheers, Bill

So this is graded MS-63. My personal take is that it's MS-65, possibly even 66. There are a few very modest blemishes on the surface - obverse, around George's chin for example - but that's really it. The frost strikes me as outstanding.

Is it in an old green holder?

Looks undergraded, but maybe something different in hand. Would find a happy home in my collection.

Here are a few of my MS 63's for comparison, I think your coin looks better. I have not seen these in hand yet.

@purleywasted Nope, it's a relatively recent grade from the look of it.

There's a pretty obvious halo effect - I'm wondering if that's why it's at 63? Meaning that there's been some contact - possibly just in the bag - with the open surfaces...

Interesting, these are

Old green PCGS
2 letter ICCS
2 letter embossed ICCS

From the photos, I still think your coin looks like a higher grade. Maybe post some photos at a different angle? Or it might just be undergradded, most in this thread seem to think so. Either way, still a very nice coin you have

The obverse surfaces look a little 'rough'.

I think it's more like a 63, actually.
