a agree with the glare and the coin does appear to be MS. if this is your coin try taking photos in more natural light and not overhead to reduce glare. this might be the best coin you posted so far but I have concerns as the surface originality under the glare

also needed is better photo of the MM to determine if its legit

Looks MS but the photo lighting might be hiding something on the surfaces.

I like it . Virtually mark free , nice strike , not blast white but original . I'll say MS-66 .

photos are better but a little too small. I'm seeing a really nice AU58 coin or maybe as high as MS64. the price difference is huge whereas a 58 is about $300 a 64 would be about $1000. right now I'm leaning a nice 58

MS-64, obverse scratches suggest a light cleaning

hate to see a key date marred like that, but it's still a key date, and still nice looking, certainly nicer than my circulated example, and it probably would still sell for XF or AU money which ain't peanuts for this date

Agree with the above, unc details cleaned, too many hairlines to the left and right of the bust. Always makes you wonder what could have been.

I'd rather have a problem-free Good than a cleaned unc. Just me.

first...whatever you did to get you last photos keep doing that. those are the best ones you have posted.

second. I have to agree with the others. the obverse fields original surfaces have been removed.

UNC details. if you want a grade i'd say MS63+ maybe 64
