Lovely eye appeal beauty.

I see what appears to be a nick on the nose profile - if the graders made that observation in hand then PR65 CAM.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

Beautiful ; don't think that nick on nose will bring it down to PF-65 . I'm in the 66 club .

I'm going with the second set of photos which are probably more accurate. PF66 maybe CAM. possibly a +

one tiny little mark is not going to affect the grade on this one unless its keeping from making 68 and its not at that level.

the patina is broken on the eagles wings and neck. to me that represents friction on the coin and means this is an impaired proof. all those speckles means someone sneezed on it or something. I cant grade it higher than 58.

i know I'm not in line with the third party graders here.

It is highly likely that this coin was laying flat on the reverse, causing the high points to not tone because they were in direct contact with a surface. You'll see this a lot with high grade classic coins, both proof and business strike. Not necessarily wear, just untoned.

Beautiful series beautiful year beautiful coin. Those 94's and 95's are sleepers nice to see a good looking proof. I bow out and pass as I don't know proofs but it looks 65 + to me. Thanks for posting

Revealing it now as I have to go out later.
Well done to all those that said cameo.
This is a very high grade indeed!
It sold for $40,800.00 in 2021.

There are two in MS68 with PCGS and none in NGC I believe which makes this the world's top pop for the year.
