Hello zacveritycoinmad. That is truly an interesting find. A method that I have found to be very useful is using Google Lens. Hopefully this can help ID 100% or lead you in the right path. Best of luck!!

Yeah, in addition to England, these were struck in several places in the Low Countries.

The coin looks like it has been clipped, so unfortunately some of the legends have been removed which makes it more difficult to identify, but we may be able ...

Edit: Yes, the Edward IV attribution looks good. We can see enough of the obverse legend at 1:30 - 4:30 to see the name, and the gothic E on the banner.
