1979 Washington Quarter Is This A Possible Retained Die Cud?

Here is an image of a Retained Cud on a wheat back cent:

I'd say it's a minor Pre-Cud. Nice find!

This sure appears to be a precud at a minimum.

The rim looks like it might qualify as a rim Cud judging by the two endpoints with raised metal in between.

I'm not sure if there is enough vertical displacement to the field above the left side of the "Y" to be considered a Cud, but it's close.
Using Dearborns interpretation of some displacement to qualify as a precud, I would say this is a precud.
(I'm not sure if cuds-on-coins makes that distinction though.)

Then pre Cud is a crack that it appears that is rim to rim but its not involved the rim, and a retained is a crach that comes from the rim.. Am I correct?
