I'm in the 63PL box. my only concern is that the hit on the breast has displaced metal. there is a possibility the coin could details for that

one way to tell the difference Moniker is if the lines do not cross over devices

I believe there are just too many hits on the obverse to be any higher that MS61. PL must show clear reflection in the fields on both sides from 2-4 inches away.

m25s DMPL must show clear reflection in the fields on both sides at least 6 inches away.

Whoops, sorry I doubled up on the videos, but I think you will understand the difference between PL and DMPL.

True but pcgs also says

Cloudiness or striations may impede the reflectivity on eligible Prooflike coins

Cloudiness is that toning they refer to?

Cloudiness is also referred to as haze and is a form of toning. Anything that impedes the reflectiveness of the surfaces can affect the definition of pl or dpl. I see someone posted some videos which should help in explaining the difference. Meanwhile I'm also at MS-63PL.

Yes I read it as it may impede reflectivity and that it is ok on a pl designated coin

What Are the Standards for a Prooflike Coin?
PCGS has a set standard for designating a given coin as Prooflike, or "PL." These grading standards are the following:

There must be a clear reflection in the fields on both sides of the coin as viewed from two to four inches away.
Cloudiness or striations may impede the reflectivity on eligible Prooflike coins.

Yes

Ham1947...its difficult to call PL and DMPL from photos without something to assist in the depth perception. we can only assume based on looking at hundreds of PL coins what would fall into those categories

in the case of this coin both sides exhibit depth and polished fields enough to be able to call PL. without anything to help with the depth perception such as newsprint its never a given but its a pretty good chance this one would make the designation

also, PL coins are may exhibit a higher amount of marks and scratches on the fields due to the higher level of mirroring. if you take the photograde photo of a 61 or 62 and compare it this one you'll see that this one has significantly less hits. also consider the depth of them

MS-62 at best. There's a lot of bag marks.

I would also be at 62 PL. PL coins exaggerate the marks, but this has too many.
