So getting married is your excuse for going to Europe, is it? Well, I hope you take along some extra cash for those darkside coins you will be seeing along the way. Talk about being in a candy store!

Have a safe trip and stay away from all that political unrest over there at this time. Hurry home, as I'm afraid that Terry will have his hands full just collecting the incoming coin for the contest.

Hope you have a nice holiday

If in Brussels you have time remember money exchangers will sell gold coins at goldvalue
I include a link to the biggest ones
First is gold4ex ( click on goudkoersen ) to see their hourly prices

http://www.gold4ex.be/servlet/Home.class

Eurogold is closer to the trainstation but his prices are only indicative

http://www.eurogold.be/UK/main.htm

It should be fairly easy to get an uncirculated rooster or angel at goldprice even dutch 10 florins or belgian Albert I etc
Just hide you are american an englishman probably gets one euro discount

Congratulations to you both on 40 years. Have a great trip and post lots of photos when you get home. Hopefully the coins I sent you will arrive before you leave, so they won't get lonely waiting for you in the mail box. LOL

As I have stated in other topics, some of the greatest joy in coin collecting comes from sharing coins with your children. So, while you are "Over There", be sure to pick up some coins for your kids! Who knows if they will ever get across the pond. That is my best suggestion Dad, er... I mean Gary.
