Quote: Keep track of their coins ? .. ........OOPS ! ......Was I supposed to be doing that ? ....
See, with "my" way of managing/organizing my collection, I get little "surprises" every time I go through things ! ...
Like......"Oh ! I didn't know I had THAT !"......or "Hmmm....I have three of those !"
Just kiddin' of course......I'm jealous of those that have the perfectly organized collection ! LOL--you're as bad as me--I'm the same way!!

Whitman Publishing has an entire assortment of such lists but they charge for them. I use a simple Excel Spread sheet. Why carry a checklist of coins you do not want now or maybe never. Just carry a list of what you need or want.

I would not carry these anywhere, strictly for organizational purposes rather than getting albums out to make a list when online or making a show / shop trip.

Sully, That's what I've been doing with my "Blue Book" I also made a list of the variety coins and errors on the blank pages at the back of the book. I'll just take that along with me on my coin excursions and it works just fine. I also made an inventory list to keep track of how many coins I have and from what country since I collect world coins also.

Excel has been very effective for me, esp when used with dropbox. The excel file resides on my computer and a dropbox app allows me to access the file from my phone. Use it at coin shows for my wish list as well as pricing info.

Try Liberty Street software. You can do a trial download for free. You can easily make up your own want lists and just print them. It works great.

Hi !
I have check them for fun and load the trial version on Canadian coin. It's look to be nice. I just instal and open it for fun, the trial version is for 30 day's only. THe canadian version is little bite cheaper at 35$ I thing but it look that you must pay update each year...
I never pay for a software, it will not be the first that I pay for but can be usefull.
Thanks !

Yves. You don't have to update each year. The program lets you add new varieties as they come out. You could probably get away with updating after three years. I have never updated as you can manually change the value of your key dates if they go up in value.

Hi !
I check them rapidly the price for Canadian coin is 35.00$ but it's write 40.00$ on the top of the page... anyway ! Maybe a marketing strategy for those one that don't read carefully ?
The update is 18.00$ but maybe that you can ad newer issue manually.
Thanks !

I have used Liberty Streets Coin Program since like 2005, and only bought one update myself. Mine has both USA and Canada, as well as a few other countries. I like how I can just add whatever coins, types, countries, or whatever I want to. Very easy to use.
