I've probably found around a dozen or so of both the 1998 and 2000 then they dried up a couple of years ago. I found only one 2000 WAM last year, but I just found two 2000 WAMs in the past 3 days. I hoping this will be a better year. I'm sure a lot have already been plucked out of circulation but with everyone turning in their change lately, we might see another wave of them again. 1998 - 64 Gave away 1
2000 - 72 Gave away 1
1999 - 3
I have been looking since the early 00's

My answer is a big "GOOSE EGG". I've been searching forever for them and always come up empty handed. Maybe if I stop looking one will land in my direction.

I dont know how many I have found but I have found way more 98's than 2000's, I have like 8 or 9 2000's and like 25 plus 98's No 99's or 92's. but I will find both. I am in NC

This is a question that will never be answered. LOL
I made a post some time ago with my educated guesses based on several factors. I don't remember what I wrote or where the post is.....and I'm not going to recalculate it again. As I recall it took me about an hour!
Personally, I've found more 98's than 2000's by a wide margin. I've only found two 99's, so there's no doubt they are rare.

i have found 2 98's about 3 months ago in the same box. I live in st. louis and have been looking for about 3 years or so.

I have found 13 1998's, 2 2000;s and I 1999. I just live a couple hundred miles from Bad Thad so I am not surprised our numbers are similar. I do think that there is some geographic bias. I also believe the numbers proposed early on by Ken Potter are significantly off. His numbers were based on ebay searches and I don't know if he has revised his population estimates(see Ken Potter's article on WAM's,I will see if I can find it again and post it.) That article was from june last year. Tide seems to have turned
on rarity. 98,2000,then 99 in that order. When the final tally
comes in (which may take some time) it may follow a natural progression. 98,99,2000. I only found 4 2000's so far in 3 years.
I'm in new england.
By the way, Seeing as I have seen both of the 92 close in hand, I will find number 3 :) Both coins came from Massachusetts.
